We arrived in Davos yesterday evening and settled in for a good night's sleep. Today has been cool and rainy. It's a big change from the heat we've become used to for most of July. We are constantly thinking about the runners beginning the T201 at 8am and T141 at 8pm today in these rough conditions.
Before heading out to explore the town a bit, we gathered our equipment, and packed our bags with all the things we are required to carry throughout tomorrow's race. I don't know if I'm more worried about carrying this much weight or facing the possibility of wintery weather. We were both planning to wear shorts and Ts, but now we are contemplating ski coats for the predicted 0 degree Celsius overnight low. Fingers crossed, we will wake up to a bluer sky.
Hers and his.
