Today is making up for a rainy Saturday with perfect hiking weather. Starting from Les Houches, we made a fast paced climb up to Col du Tricot. After we stopped for a restful lunch and a nap on a huge boulder, it was much too early to make our way back the way we came and our legs were up for more, so we headed down a forested trail loop along magnificent waterfalls.
After a short climb back up to Bellevue, we decided to run the remaining trail to Les Houches, good training for our footing as we bounded down to the valley below.
