This morning we took a walk over to la tour, took a few photos in the rain, and found shelter tasting pistachios- yum- before winding back to the hotel to meet Elizabeth after her long flight.
Now, all together, we gathered snacks for our first-of-many picnics and set out for brief sun in the Jardin des Tuileries before ducking into Notre Dame when the rain came- perfect timing.
Cafe and people watching on the Île Saint-Louis before more wandering and dinner topped off with vegan-cheesecake! (I did my research ahead of the trip to find some places I could eat).
