Chaminix, Mt. Blanc without Mt. Blanc. We didn’t get to take the telecabine up into the mountains, but we wandered around the town and saw an exhibition of posters and one about glaciers. The colder, windy day provided the perfect opportunity for a fondue dinner. That cheese smothered bread looks like a mountain itself.
