Tomorrow morning we start driving to Bilbao (pic via here). It should take a little over ten hours, but we'll be stopping in Nimes in southern France to spend a relaxing Saturday and overnight before continuing to Bilbao to meet friends from the states on Sunday. I'm sure our few days in Spain will be full of fun-starting right away with the Guggenheim in the afternoon and an evening soccer game. So excited.

Maybe we'll get a little more settled in, get the bed out of the dining room, and get internet set up when we get back.

Finally, a clear day with a breathtaking view of the mountains. At lest it happened once while Michele was here. After finishing setting up the gallery, we took an afternoon trip to Annecy.

A great day of sun, the lake, some crepes, and the views before tonight’s reception.

..... And we're back, ready for the opening with wine and raclette to complete the cheesy tartiflette-fondue-raclette trifecta necessary for any traveler in our region.

We had a nice crowd, given the terribly short notice. We're hoping to make this a monthly affair- future visitors beware...you may be asked to participate. That's our send-off for Michele. Safe travels friend, we have so enjoyed your visit!
