We are happy for an earlier start to the hiking season as the snow disappears, Today we decided to hike up the Môle (so did everybody else). We went up a less popular route, and only encountered a small hand full of other hikers until the routs merged shortly before the summit. The top was busy, but we all gathered bunches of daffodils and carried down bright bouquets from the high slopes. We took another side route back down to escape the parade of walkers.
When we finished our hike, the clouds had cleared and it was too early to drive home, so we enjoyed a view of the mountain from quiet country roads and dandelion covered fields.
